  • Not at all. Sessions are tailored to your body and experience level, whether you’re completely new or have an existing practice.

  • Life Coaching sessions are currently offered virtually, allowing you to join from wherever you feel most comfortable. Yoga sessions can be virtual or I am open to books for international events and retreats.

    My approach is shaped by years of holding space for others—growing up as the oldest of four sisters, working closely with children and families, and deepening my own practice through yoga and mindful living.

    I lead with intuition, presence, and genuine care. This isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach—it’s a space that meets you exactly where you are, and gently supports you back to yourself.
