These sessions are designed to help you move through self-doubt, reconnect with your voice, and gain clarity on who you are and what you truly desire. Together, we create space for emotional expression, self-trust, and aligned growth.

✧ Discovery Session

A single 45-minute session to start the conversation, talk through what's going on, get a feel for working together, and leave with one small tool to try.

✧ The 6-Week Reset

A 6-week 1:1 container for real, lasting change. We move through three stages: feeling grounded and heard, building practical tools for self-doubt and times of transition, and stepping into clarity and confidence in who you are. It is my intention that with each session, you will leave feeling lighter and with a clearer sense of self and your direction.

Intentional, guided experiences for gatherings, retreats, or special moments. These sessions are designed to create connection, presence, and flow within a group by blending mindful movement and a calming atmosphere to leave everyone feeling refreshed and renewed.
